My recent experience suggests their modus operandi is to make things more complicated than necessary, which means that they profit from additional costs & treatments. Both the owner/veterinarian & the staff were rude, dishonest, & shoddy. I was treated badly & left there before they did more damage to my wallet & my dog. They have the worst customer service I have ever encountered.
