The Girls in the office are not friendly, They're very short and always in a rush to get you off the phone. However the doctors are super sweet and understanding. Girls in the office NEED a customer service refresher course.

Dr. Cheema is the best veterinarian I have taken my pets to. He always knows what is best, and I am so glad I tried this clinic after having bad medical care for my cat at another place in Palmdale. Dr. Cheema knew what to do. The doctor and his staff truely care about our cats and dogs. The doctor is happly to talke to you on the phone...different from other places. The care here is the BEST.
