They're a money-hungry, careless institution - with their animals as well as people. A friend used to work there and all I can say is that any establishment that lays off only employees that have worked for them the longest (b/c they're the highest-paid as should be for their skill & dedication) is not a company I care to support. It's disgusting. The workers who are still left there are cold, rude, underskilled, and have no common decency (really, I mean outright uncouth).
