I need to ask a question. My son and daughter-in-law have a rotweiler they have raised from a pup. lately he has become very agitated and growls at both of them. The past year they have moved alot and they have had to keep him on a chain and now in a pin with an electric fence to keep him in. She has had these dogs before and says if they get aggressive you have to put them down because they are one owner dogs and don't adjust to new people well. Is this true?
