if you enjoy having to buy new leashes after they "misplace" your animals after boarding, and have smelly blankets returned home when they say they will wash them then its a perfect place to board...i wonder how often they ever go back during the day to walk the animals. on my tour i saw fecal in three runs and urine in more than one.
