Comments:
I waited 25 minutes in the exam room for the vet to see my pet. The vet never came into the exam room. I went out of the room to tell the staff that I had been waiting and the vet had not arrived. They did nothing. I waited in the room another 5 minutes and then I left. I will never use this vet again. Their customer service is atrocious.
