Great staff - always friendly, very - very kind when I had to put down my 20 year old cat. Inexpensive. Only drawback is no appointments taken - come in and wait your turn (except for surgeries) and you wait, and wait, and wait...... We have had no major animal illness so I can't speak to that, but they have handled normal checkups, ear infections (dog), nuetering (cat), and elderly old cat well. We have been using them for six years and are happy.

the facility smells bad and the examination rooms are filthy. let alone they clean them while eating. look at the floors in the examinatin room and the cornors....they r just filthy. and they do not handle my animal with care.
