Dr. Rubio is a very good vet. More than that he really cares about his patients. Twelve years ago when my cat was dying of cancer and I was not earning much Dr. Rubio took care of my cat and only charged me for materials. He would spend half an hour with me and my cat and he'd charge me 25.00. A real good guy.
