Vet-of-the-day revolving door service -- with major communication issues. Information on animal allergies, etc. not reliably passed from office to vet nor from vet to vet. Not responsive to owner requests regarding timing of nor notification of calls. At-barn estimates, verbal/phone notifications of services provided, and invoicing often do not match.
