Since the clinic has changed hands, it is no longer the place I want to take my pets. The new owner is rude and uncaring. He treated me like I didn't know anything. He talked down to me and acted like he was a bigshot. I have never been treated in this fashion in the past. I was always shown respect by Drs Butts. This new doctor does not know how to treat people.

Drive an hour to go to this vet. I have had 3 different vets (I think 4 work there) 2 are excellent, one I dislike, he talks like I am stupid. He is NOT the new owner. We really like one of them who happens to be the new owner and love that it is affordable and possible to get have are animals seen the same day we need them to be.

My dog is blind and I find that the staff at Dowagiac Animal Hospital take good care of my dog whenever he visits them. I find the staff to be friendly and caring and will continue to take my pets there.
