I boarded my baby Casper with you in April/May of 2008 and was never told about him trying to climb the run fence and hurting his front right paw and again when he was put in the run, that he dug until both of his paws were bleeding. I called from Florida to check on him and was told he was doing fine and did not like the run so he was put in a large cage where he was satisified. I should have been told about this incident! I am not longer bringing him to Colonial.
