Big-Box-Pet-Care. The fees are over-the-top ($9.20 to TAKE the stool smear, then $26.90 to look through a microscope on TOP of the office visit fee $34.95?!) Big surprise that products are heavily pushed, as is their Wellness Program. 'Care' is by rote (and no doubt corporate dictate).
